About Us

Dr. Schoenbeck graduated from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA, where he was also presented with the Award of Clinical Excellence in his class. He completed his general practice residency at the Boston V.A. Hospital and was a clinical instructor at Tufts Dental School.

Dr. Schoenbeck practices general dentistry with special interests in periodontal therapy, implants, cosmetic and hospital dentistry. He is a member of the following associations:

Dr. Schoenbeck has also been trained and certified by the Pacific Training Institute for Facial Esthetics to administer BOTOX® therapy. Dr. Schoenbeck's medical training, expertise in cosmetic dentistry, and knowledge of the anatomy of the face and neck make providing BOTOX injections a practical and natural solution for cosmetic purposes, TMJ (temporomandibular joint) disorders and migraine therapies.

An accomplished speaker, Dr. Schoenbeck gives dental presentations at such major venues as the Yankee Dental Conference in Boston, Massachusetts. He also gives lectures to other dentists from Florida to Maine.

Dr. Schoenbeck heads the Leadership Team of the North Country Chapter of the New Hampshire Dental Society, where he serves as President. The Society provides a forum for continuing education and serves as a local resource for Northern New Hampshire dentists.

He resides in Shelburne, New Hampshire. In addition to his passion for excellence in his field, he enjoys fly fishing, photography, skiing and spending time with his family.

Dr. Eric Hamilton is a member of NCD's outstanding team of dental professionals and practices general dentistry.

Dr. Hamilton graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and is an ongoing member of the American Dental Association. Dr. Hamilton's gentleness and understanding with patients quickly win their devotion and trust.

Quiet and introspective, Dr. Hamilton was attracted to the North Country by the breathtaking beauty of all that nature has to offer in the White Mountains and beyond. He thoroughly enjoys creative music, painting, hiking, biking, photography, skiing, kayaking and anything else that finds him centered in the serenity of nature.

Dr. Mark Hartzler is a member of NCD's outstanding team of dental professionals.

Dr. Hartzler's enjoyment of his profession, his association with NCD and living in the North Country is easily apparent in his ready smile and easy laughter.

After attending Boston College where he studied biology and music, Dr. Hartzler graduated summa cum laude ("with highest honors") in 2012 from Boston University's Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. As a graduating senior, he was awarded membership into the Lambda Mu chapter of Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), the national dental honor society. He has also been recognized for his commitment to ethics and service, and has been awarded fellowship in the prestigious Pierre Fauchard Academy, the International College of Dentists and the American College of Dentists.

Since 2017, Dr. Hartzler has served as both a Trustee and an Officer on the Board of Trustees of the New Hampshire Dental Society, whose mission is to support the practice of NH's dental providers as well as enhance the oral health of NH's residents. A Past President of the New Hampshire Dental Society, Dr. Hartzler currently serves as the Delegate at-large of this organization where he is able to advocate for the profession of dentistry and patient care at both a state and national level.

Dr. Hartzler enjoys travel, cooking, and composing and performing music. Music is an important part of his life; he has played guitar semi-professionally with several different bands around Boston and has composed four studio albums.

Dr. Hartzler fell in love with the beauty of the White Mountains the first time he visited the area in college and had wanted to live here ever since. He and his wife Nancy happily reside in Bartlett, NH.

Dr. Lindsey Jackson has been a proud member of the NCD dental team since August 2013.

Dr. Jackson graduated in 2012 magna cum laude from Boston University's Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. She is a member of:

Since 2016, Dr. Jackson has served on the Leadership Team of the New Hampshire Dental Society, including a term as President in 2019-2020. The NHDS provides a forum for continuing education and is a resource for New Hampshire dentists. She is also active within the state legislature.

Dr. Jackson lived and practiced in the Boston area before joining North Country Dental. She especially enjoys the spirit of friendship, community and high professional standards of NCD. She is excited about the advanced technology, such as CEREC, in use at both NCD offices.

Dr. Jackson also enjoys the peace and relaxed pace of life in the North Country, taking advantage of the mountains and surrounding area for skiing, snowshoeing and hiking.

Dr. Jackson works at our North Conway Clinic.
